ARISON Employees' Survival Rules
We ask every ARISON employee to do the following:
Thoughts
(I) Everything starts from the interests of the company.
(II) Everyone has the responsibility to keep the secrets of the country, the company and the customers.
(III) Be economical! I have no right to waste the wealth created by everyone!
(IV) Either learn or leave.
(V) Strengthen self-motivation and be ready at all times.
(VI) Focus on efficiency and respect value. Regardless of hard work, we will judge by merit. Rather than looking at the process, we will look at the result.
(VII) Only those who have the courage to take responsibility are worthy of power and then gain benefits.
(VIII) Persistence is far more important than choice! (
IX) Innovation is not a slogan, but a thought, an action and a habit.
(X) Change for a better self.
Action
(I) Keep smiling.
(II) Use more polite words such as "you" and "please".
(III) Plan before action, and avoid ineffective communication and action.
(IV) Do not call when you can have a face-to-face meeting, and do not send messages when you can call.
(V) Closed-loop thinking, respond to everything, have a solution for everything, and have an explanation for everything.
(VI) Think one step further, ask one more question, do a little more, and share progress.
(VII) Ask questions with solutions.
(VIII) Be tolerant and encourage responsible, planned, and bold trial and error.
(IX) If there are no conditions, take the initiative to create conditions instead of waiting, relying on, or asking.
(X) Be a problem terminator.
